Traditional and moist, this Mediterranean bread is made with sourdough starter and biga as preferments, which are responsible for its airy structure and unique moistness and freshness.

We are a frozen artisan bakery, baking exclusively sourdough bread! We do not use additives, only natural ingredients including Croatian extra virgin olive oil. All our products are naturally fermented which makes our bread healthier, tastier and stay fresh longer. We wholesale to various different EU countries and we newly introduced our products to the US market.
