Green Cracked Amfissa Olives
Kalamata olives belongs to the mesocarp Greek table olive varieties and is cultivated to a large extent around the city of Kalamata (from which is was named) and to a smaller extent in the other areas of Greece. It is an excellent variety of edible olives of origin, which has also the highest percentage of traffic at home and abroad. It is cultivated in both the plain and the semi – mountainous areas. The fruit is harvested mature from November until Christmas. Green Cracked Amfissa Olives is a variety with intense flavoring and crunchiness, because of the fact that during the fermentation of the olives in the barrels fennel is inserted in them.
About Producer
The company “Christos G. Kambouris” is a third – generation family business, which deals with the production, processing, standardization and marketing of edible olives. The quantities traded internally and externally by the company, come from our own olives groves as well as from other parts of the country, after a personal choice for all types of olives. Our yearly cooperation with producers from all over Greece gives us the possibility of a perfect quality selection of the product.
