We produce natural wines grown without drugs from vines 50 years old and over, not irrigated, with low yields (400-450 kg per hectare). They stand out for their ageing potential and their excellent acidity. The wine is vinified in the old traditional way with the least mechanical intervention, without additional yeasts and stabilisers.
