Mini vegan bar- a ‘mock- Praline “: dark chocolate paired with tahini and caramelised and salted almonds from Kavala, Greece, enrobed in a dark chocolate. Shahrazad or Scheherazade is a legendary queen and storyteller of One Thousand and One Nights.A surprise ‘mock’ praline, loved by young and old with tahini, the amazingly nutritious paste of sesame.  A successful marriage of smooth dark chocolate with Greek tahini and thinly chopped  salted and caramelised almonds. The hint of salt in the caramel comes as a surprise at the end, rendering this chocolate unforgettable with a huge club of devotees.
